Terms and Conditions of Babel Boats, SL
1. Babel Boats, SL is a company registered with CIF B72762529, registered in the commercial register of Ibiza, and whose corporate purpose is mainly services related to the rental of boats.

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Service
The use of the Service and the Web Page is subject to the present General Conditions of Service. The General Terms of Service constitute a contract governing the relationship between the User and Babel Boats SL. The Parties agree that in case of inconsistency between the information on the Website and the General Conditions of Service, the latter shall prevail. It is considered that the User gives his full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of these General Conditions of Service from the moment he checks the box "I accept the General Conditions and Privacy Policy" when accessing a reservation or create your User account. If this box is not checked, the User acknowledges that the creation of the User account and the use of the Service is neither possible nor valid. Babel Boats, SL reserves the right to make changes at any time, effective from the time of publication on the Website. By continuing to use the Website, Users tacitly accept the latest updated version of the General Conditions of Service.
3. Access to the Service
Users of the site agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Babel Boats, SL is not responsible for the confirmation of the identity and the information communicated by the Users.
3.1. Legal Capacity
The Service is reserved for natural persons of legal age, emancipated minors, with full legal capacity and legal persons who can meet without reservation these General Conditions of Service.
3.2. Access to the Site
In order to use your User account, you must have an email address and a cell phone number valid for the entire period of use of the Service.
4. Use of the Service
Creation of a User account, in case of creation of this User account, the User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his access codes to his inbox and his User account, Babel Boats cannot be held responsible in case of use of the Service by someone other than the User or a person authorized by him who has his user information and passwords. In case of forgetting your user information or inappropriate use by third parties, the User agrees to inform Babel Boats as soon as possible by email to jesus@babelboats.com. The User undertakes to update his/her contact details on the Website in case of modification of his/her e-mail address and/or cell phone number.
5.- Prices and reservations
5.1. The prices listed on the website Babel Boats, SL include what is reflected on the Web. More explicitly includes the rental for a period of 8 hours, the skipper of the boat, the insurance of occupants, as well as various amenities such as soft drinks, beer and water.
5.2. It does not include, the VAT, the gasoline of the boat, as well as any damage caused by users due to misuse of the boat to be paid by the lessee. For this purpose, a guarantee will be agreed upon when making the reservation.
5.3. Babel Boats reserves the right of reservation. In case of refusal of the reservation, the lessee will be informed within 48 hours and will receive a full refund of the reservation.
5.4. Babel Boats reserves the right to board in the event that the number of persons does not correspond to the number of persons when making the reservation, in the event that at that time there are people with evidence of drunkenness or other states that could put at risk both himself, as the other passengers or the boat.
6.- Conditions of cancellation
In case of cancellation by the lessee more than 30 days before the day of booking. The lessee will communicate it by email and Babel Boats, will return 60% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation with less than 30 days no money will be refunded.
6.2. In case of cancellation due to bad weather
6.2.1.- If the weather conditions do not allow sailing on the day reserved for the rental, the parties may jointly decide to postpone it, if possible. If this possibility does not exist, and only if the duration of the charter is one day or less, we will reimburse the total amount of the reservation.

6.2.2.- In case of rentals of more than one day, we will reimburse the part corresponding to the period in which the conditions do not allow sailing.
